Okay, so on the drivers side, right below the hard line, it's leaking like crazy; spraying water and antifreeze all over my freaking air filter box and everything below it. Anyone have any good ideas, or better yet, a radiator for sell to fit that? Also: That's a 45 degree crook neck radiator with an engine oil cooler, right?

Autozone has them for sale.
That radiator has both an oil cooler and tranny cooler. The tranny lines are on the passengers side, oil cooler on drivers side.

Okay so we replaced the radiator. No more leaks. Onto problem two:
When driving in excess of 30 minutes, it'll run hot. The radiator cap isn't warm, but the hose leading into the top of block is hot to the touch. And it seems after a while, maybe 10 minutes, the temperature gauge will drop rapidly back to 210. Any ideas?

Either a LOT of air in the system (most probable) or your thermostat is failing to open on you. Do a quick search and you'll find a few remedies on getting the air out of your system. If you still have problems I would go ahead and replace the thermostat.
