I did it with 4, 6 inch and a few 3 inch! A bit of a pain but it wirked

thanks for the advice. I have the tranny out now and the t/C apart an gonna replace the seals. Main pump, etc. Its a bitch. Anyone else have trouble pulling seals out?

sometimes. one method i always use is to drill a small hole into the seal then run a sheet metal screw into it or a lag bolt then rip them out with a pair of channel locks. but you really have to be careful as to not drill or screw into anything important

Harbor frieght sells a cheap 2ft ext and to make it a little easier toget to the top bolts i took a scissor jack put on top of trans and carefully jacked it down a little made life much easier

Oh that one made me lol this am.I dont get how you guys have such a hard time getting those top two bolts out.Yeah its somewhat difficult but I got to mine with boxed wrench and got them out from the top.

"Sensor Cracking" is due to a glue used during first assembly of the transmission. Use a heat gun to heat up the area for about 30 to 45 seconds the glue will give up and let go and you can use a pick to easily remove them.

Nice to know about the glue, hadn't heard of that! Which sensor are you referring to?
