Default 93 s10 wont start please help

Ok I have a 93 4.3 vortec that will not turn over... there is no fuel presser at the engine bleeder valve.. and the fuel pump does not make any noise anymore... so I checked the wire harness at the fuel pump and there is power when you turn the key... so I changed the relay just because dropping the tank isn't fun and nothing changed.. so I changed the fuelpump and still no change... so still I have no fuel presser what so ever and the new pump does not make any noise... NOTE.. the spiderinjectors are about a year old and fuel filter is 2 years old.. and the truck was running fine all day and an hour later went to go somewhere and now this... PLEASE HELP>>> thank you

make sure it has a ground too. some of the older vehicles had a ground wire that would run off the top of the tank and ground to the frame or body.
