I need to know if a 98 blazer transmission will fit in my 99. Both 4x4. Both 4.3.

Welcome to the forum. To answer your question “yes” it will work. Good luck and be sure to flush the cooler and cooler lines very well.

Absolutely flush the cooler lines and cooler well. Might be worth replacing the radiator if you don't have the equipment. They're pretty cheap.
