you could always stick a piece of electrical tape over the lights if you dont wanna take the cluster out again.

Back from getting the system scanned and its not looking good. I came up with the code C265 which is Electronic Control Module Motor Relay Circut. Also the codes C221, C222, and C223 which are Open, Missing, and Erratic are coming from the right front wheel bearing. I am wondering if the control module being bad could be causing the wheel bearing codes? Has anyone found a good deal on the ABS modules? Because I was told that it is a dealer part and about 1000 bucks. On one hand I will still pass a state inspection, but is it safe to be putting off this module?

I'm still dirving mine without ABS lol..the fuse is right out of mine, and I don't have a problem. It's safe this time of year, but I'd look at getting it fixed before the winter.
I know dealer parts up here are about 1500$ so factoring in the exchange you're prob about right.
Check online autopart stores, they usually sell OEM parts for way less then a dealer.

I just got off the phone with the people at modulemasters.com and I am going to give some answers to our questions. I was told that all of the 01 modules can be rebuilt unless it has been modified or if it is structurally damaged. They show three models that it could be, but she said that those are very very rare and normally found in older models. There are over 50 different Kelsey Hayes 325 modules so it may not look exaclty the same as their website picture of the 325, because of different options like traction control 4x4 4x2 etc. The vehicle can be driven without the module as long as the pump is covered, but you WILL lose your speedo. Total cost with rebuild and shipping is $130 with a 2 day turnaround. There is no reprograming required because it comes back to you with the same programing you already had on it. It comes with a 5 year warranty which is better than a new replacement that costs $585. I will be getting one next month when I go on vacation, because I don't want to be driving around without a speedo. If you guys have any other questions feel free to ask me.

My problem is the internal circut relay in my ABS control module, Not the pump that the module mounts to. And our problems are the same. The module is what controls all of the inputs from the wheel sensors.

Thanks, that clears a lot of things up. I might be sending mine in, how hard is the process of removing the module?

Disconnect the electrical connection and unbolt it. Not really a whole lot to it.

Ok...maybe I'm just confused as to what needed to be done. It is a case of a bad ABS module correct? And instead of replacing it, it can be rebuilt. Am I understanding this right?
