Default Advice regarding fuel please

OK so I have a 99 blazer. Has a hard time starting, but runs like a top once it starts. Has to crank a lot. Checked the fuel pressure. Turning the key to on but not starting it hits 65psi then drops to zero. Takes about 3-4 seconds. While idling it sits at 55psi.doesnt seem to leak down. I read that it needs 60 at a minimum all the time. New pump I guess?
Thanks.

Read the fuel pressure test in the sticky. Next is fuel pressure at the fuel filter. That will cut your possibilities in half and tell you if the pump is the problem.

It's either the fuel pressure regulator or the check valve in fuel pump
