ok none of what i found with a search helped much it just eliminated a few things. more or less i shut the blazer off for a few minutes came back out it fired right up but would not come out of park. no blown fuses and im not sure how to check the brake switch. any help at all would be great thanks in advanced.

 

one more update i did find one blow fuse it is stud #2 im not sure what it is for. would it cause my issue? I cant just go out and buy one to check cause i am stranded without a ride cause the blazer is stuck in park.

 

Ok i figured it out. It was the shift interlock if you put the key in between run and acc the shifter works.
