Alright so Ive got a 1991 4x4 4.3 TBI S10 Blazer Sport, and i recently bought a 1993 Vortec CPI. I'm thinking about taking my throttle body of my 91 and put it on the 93. Will this work? And the only reason i wouldn't just use the CPI, is because i want to get rid of all that junk and because i don't have the computer for it. Any help would be highly appreciated.

You do know that you would lose horse power, that's right the 1993 Vortec CPI has more HP.

You might run into problems, wiring may be wrong, plus the fuel pump ii the 93 will be a high pressure fuel pump, while the TB uses a low pressure fuel pump.

I'm a novice on this matter, someone else with more knowledge would be more help than I.

 

yes i no that ill lose power but my 91 has 201000 miles and its kinda gut less
