I did cap and rotor and just today did coil cuz it seems to be worse the hotter it gets out side and still doing it ...I think its time to invest in a good ohm reader and learn how to use one on the internet

Still going to suggest the MAF sensor, just because it works enough to keep it running doesn't mean it's working properly.

Did figure it out it was plug wires particularly the wire that went from coil to the dizzy
