I have a problem with my blazer, i pull of the complete distributor to replace the oil pressure sensor, and now i've set all the pieces in the original place but i cant turn on the engine.
So i tried to search the tdc of the 1st cylinder and set the plug wires on the distributor following this order
1-6-5-4-3-2
6 5
4 3
2 1
But i couldnt turn on the engine, Have i to do another thing to set the distributor correctly?
It is a blazer vortec v6 4.3l 1994 and the distributor has the terminals on the top

Im not sure how HEI distributors are setup but in general-
Pull distributor cap off, roll engine to TDC on #1 On Compression stroke. then line up the rotor so it points to the #6 that is stamped on the distributor housing after its been dropped in, bolt the cap back on and make sure you put the correct wires on the correct terminals, they should be numbered.
