Blazer zr2 2000 4.3L pipe (check pic!)

Default Blazer zr2 2000 4.3L pipe (check pic!)
Is this could cause problems later? check the pic.
When I open it was stuck and it squeezed this pipe a bit when it start comeing open, when I notice that it start twist a pipe I play open-closea bit and then it was comeing loose.
If it is then I need to order new one.
One end is attached to engine and ohter end goes to exhaust manifold.

That is the EGR supply tube, it needs a new one
