Chevy Blazer Distributor
I have a 2000 blazer 4.3 with 4x4.
I think the distributor is shot its spins freely. This is not good?
It was bucking and back firing then it would not turn over, i can bump the starter and it moves. does it sound like its shot?

Yep. If the rotor spins by hand, I suggest if you're not mechanical, you take this to a Chevy/GMC dealer.. or find an independent shop that does blazer engine work. You can quiz them on whether they have done the vortec distributor setup.
