Ok, tested said fuses. The atc 20 amp was blown. Replaced that. The ready were good. All lights flash on selector switch when key is turned on, nothing stays on. And my service 4wd light is now on on my dash. Switch buttons do nothing when pressed.

The service 4WD light means there is a trouble code stored in the TCCM. It will need to be retrieved with a scan tool capable of accessing the TCCM.
Does the ATC 20 amp fuse still test good, or did it blow again?
The ATC 20 amp fuse feeds the TCCM, and the brake inside the encoder motor on the transfer case. There are two orange wires that run from the fuse panel: one to the encoder motor, and one to the TCCM behind the passenger kick panel. If the fuse blew again, check them both for shorts to ground, (frayed or pinched wire etc) from the fuse panel to both locations.
