When you think about it though, the spiders (although prone to failure because of the poppets and lines getting holes) weren't a terrible thing. They flow well, and they work. Even if they are a PITA and have to be replaced fairly frequently. Oh, and aren't upgradeable lol...... On second thought you're right, they suck. But Vortec heads are a totally different story.
