Default encoder motor help!

So I finally got around to starting to work on the blazer I bought a couple months ago, and realized I have some problems. When I got it I was told the 4wd didn't work. He said it was stuck in 4lo so they pulled the output shaft off and encoder motor off and those were in the back. They found the problem and replaced the TCCM but never put the other parts back, so I thought i would, no big deal right? Wrong..first, all the bolts are gone, so I don't know what size I would need to bolt the encoder motor back up, but that is the small issue. I assumed since there was a spot on the encoder motor that looked like it had a pinned connector plug into it, that if I crawled under I would see a plug that would go there. Nope. I see no extra wiring at all that would power the motor. Where do these wires come from? I have no clue how/where to hook this back up.

Also, the bolts are gone for the output shaft, as well as the "clamp" thing (i don't know what it's called) that holds the output shaft into the front differential. So I don't know what to search for when looking for this part, but it won't matter if I can't figure out how to hook up this encoder motor. The blazer has a new transmission and I'm hoping they didn't "do away" with these wires that may seem like extras since the motor wasn't on there.

Any help would be of great assistance as I would love to have 4wd before winter gets here! Thanks!
