...........surging on idle between 500 and 2000 rpm.

i have no clue, any of you guys got an idea?

I would look at the fuel filter. What other hiccups does your blazer have. Any problems accelerating? Do the RPM's change after driving for a while. Any route where gasoline travels you can look at for leaks or maybe even blockage.

cheers guys.

gettin your codes read over here is a costly affair down at the chevvy dealers.
car is runnin ok, but there is a small fluctuation at idle.but, i guess i'll just let it develop

Sorry that it costs you so much to have the codes read, but that is really the first step to fixing your truck. The truck is trying to tell you what is wrong. You could buy yourself a cheap code reader!
