Engine number decoded needed
Hello everybody!! I need some help i am buying a motor and I'm trying to find what its out of.
I have called my local dealer and they say that they can't help me. I am trying to find what its from. The stamping on the block is ( T0104UHN or T0104UHW or t0104UHH ) its kind of hard to read. If anybody can help me i would appreciate..

There must be some more numbers on it somewhere.
Those numbers don't sound like Automotive Serial Numbers.
Castin Numbers? Maybe.
Keep in mind GM Built these motors for a lot of different uses on an Industrial and Marine platform as well.
I think there might be some numbers on the front of the block, passenger side behind the alternator.
Let me know if you find some different numbers and I can tell you what it is but those numbers you have there don't come up under any GM Automotive Application I can find.
