Engine Oil Cooler lines removal

Engine Oil Cooler lines removal
I have a 99 Blazer, I have removed all bolts holding the cooler lines on from the oil filter housing going to the back, but I cannot get them out due to the fact that the lines hit the Engine mount and Diff. does anyone have suggestions?
