Engine runs rough. argh

Default Engine runs rough. argh
My 2000 4.3 with 200,000 has been running rough, and I have put new spark plugs and wires in. any other suggestions.

Check your distributor cap while your at it. I had a random missfire code pop up and the engine ran like poop. Turns out the distributor cap was faulty. A new one fixed it right up.
