Default exhaust moaning @idle?

I have a 2001 Bravada, but due to a lack of Bravada sites, figured I'd post my question here. I get a low pitched rumbling noise, or a groaning, at idle, it's really noticable when the AC is on. If I give her a little gas to bring up RPM's, it goes away. There is a TSB out for this issue for Blazers/Jimmys/Bravadas, but I haven't come across an actual fix yet. Anyone got any tips? Thanks.

Just to describe it a little better, it sounds like I have a subwoofer in my passenger compartment playing one constant humming note. Weird.
