Default Fuel injection engine

my 4.3l Vortec got an injector on the carb head... do i find other engines with 6 injectors (full injection) ..i want to replace the stock one with another !! any idea ?? any advices ??

or can i replace my Vortec with another type ?? will it affect on the gearbox or else ???
i know there's no better than the Vortec for a blazer ... but i need a full injection engine it will help with fuel consumption ... right ???

What are you driving? Once we know that, we can go from there.

Most of the time, with injectors, it is better to go new or refurbished than to go used. There is no way to tell the operational status of used injectors.
