Default going from computer to old school

i have a 1988 s=10 blazer was 2.8 we put a 3.4 long block in it not long ago I took the tbi off and fabed a 4 bbl plate and 600 holley with cable adapters for thro-detent from summit racing. everything looks good so far I plan to go back with a 1983 vaccum advance distributor. my problem is how the new distrbutor hooks up to the coil. I beleave this module has only 4 pins 2 for the pick up coil and how do the other two hook up. my old coil for the 2.8 has 4wires 1 12 volt power coming into the coil and one tech lead then there 2 wires that went to the old computer type ign.module both of these wires have 12 volt coming out. im from the old racing school i though there had to be a ground for a coil to work can someone help with this problem. I would be greatly appreciative cyborg
