Default i want to do a motor swap.

I have a 2001 LS w/ 4.3L v6. I wanted to put another more powerful v6 preferably carbureted or a v8 carbureted and add a super charger down the road. I do not want to do this to race, just want more go fast with easy mod. I am also looking for a drop kit and want to go as low as I can get it. If anybody can help me out or point me in the right direction that would be great, this will be my first time doing this my self. I have done this kind of stuff with other experienced mechanics so I will need lots of instruction and do's and don’ts.

Depending on your location, moving to a carb'd vehicle may cause you to fail inspections. Aside from that, if you are set on a motor swap, then a v8 is probably going to be the cheapest thing to do. If you want to work on the motor you have, you can do a custom turbo kit or a centrifugal blower setup...

I do want to work on the current motor but there is water in my oil and oil in my water and I have a small water leak some where. I dont want to jack with it to much, I think I just need to find me a new motor and work on it.

Sorry but it sounds like you need head gaskets with oil in your water and vic versa.
350 is a simple swap(my brother is doing it right now(95_4door)).
On to the drop you can do a 4/5 drop with a notch or 4/4 with no notch.
