ok so i just replaced the spider unit on my 1993 s10 blazer vin W and after i got everything done i went to start it it started but the throttle was stickin so i fixed that and i went to start it again it started but made a wierd noise and died again so i kept tryin to start it and it wouldnt turn over at all it would try to but then it would just stop. Im really hopin something didnt fall in to my intake and lock up the motor but any ideas would be great, thanks.

 

sounds like something must have fell in there... when you hit the key what happens? partiall turn over or nothing? be careful if some thing is in there you could bend a valve or scratch cylinder walls... check your tool box and make sure every thing is there... if something is there you might be able to us a magnetic pick up tool depending on how far its in there... it has to get past the heads to get to cylinder which means it would have to be small...
