How many miles on this engine? Those are excellent compression values. Did you squirt any oil in these cylinders during the test?

Then thats great compression and your rings and valves should be in good shape. Regarding the valve stem seals, do you have high oil consumption or blue smoke at start up or during deceleration?

No, I am not getting any smoke on startup or when decelerating. As I mentioned before I approximate about 1/2 quart every 1000 miles

Thats pretty high oil consumption. I have asked Les to weigh in on this to make sure you are getting good guidance. He is one of the knowledgable members here that I would trust with my truck.

Well I went ahead did a smoke test with a machine, I injected smoke into the brake booster and I ran it for three minutes as I was afraid to run it any longer as I did not want to damage something, like the o2 sensors. I did not see any smoke from the lower intake, a little came out of the throttle body, but that would be normal because the air snorkel is not 100% air tight and some gets past the throttle blades. Could it be the o-ring on the snorkel??

You only showed STFT and LTFT for bank 2 but this indicates the opposite of a vacuum leak because minus values show that the computer is reducing fuel delivery for a perceived rich condition. That said, the values are not out of bounds for an engine of this age.

Also, you should do your smoke test with the engine off:

I did the test with engine definitely off and cold. I just ran the smoke machine for three minutes. So it could be a vacuum leak at the lower or upper intake?

I am trying to understand where you saw smoke. If you take off the snorkel I assume that you see some leakage around the throttle plate? With the snorkel back on where is it leaking?
