Default Lifter Specs

Anyone know the specs for adjusting the lifters?. Getting some knocking / ticking in the lower gears in high rpms.......Towed the trailer and it was fighting between 4th and 3rd gear and SUCKED back that gas....through one of those big straws for a slurpee you get from macs.......Anyways especially in low speeds, low gears high rpms speeding up getting some knocking.

Second is this something i should take a look at asap? or could it wait 5-10,000 km?.........problems associated with loose lifters are poor fuel efficiency and power mainly?

We have hydraulic lifters so unless 1 collapsed (which is rare) there shouldn't be any adjustments needed.
go to COMP Cams® - Instruction Sheet Database - Results - 9 & look at
1101-12 - Hi-Tech, Pro Magnum, Ultra Pro Magnum Roller Rocker Arms, CHEVY SB 1.5 3/8
They tell you how to adjust rocker arms for initial installation, you could go through those steps for adjusting but I don't think thats the issue.
As for waiting a while - I woudn't. Hows the oil pressure? Are you sure it's valve train noise & not knocking from high heat/pre detotnation, faulty plug/s, wires grounding out? You just ran over the vehicle lately checking things, changing oil etc, any chance something got bumped or changed?
