Too much fuel can plug up a cat fairly quick. An exhaust pressure check would tell you if that was the case. Any good exhaust shop should have the equipment to test exhaust pressure both directly ahead of and directly behind the catalytic converter.

Okay. There are a few places in my area so I'll probably check them out in the next couple of days. I'll let you know what I find out and if it's the cat, maybe you'll know of a couple of online sites where I can get one for pretty cheap. I'm not really in any position to spend a ton of money right now.
