Default Lower Intake Corrosion Repair

I just finished taking the lower intake apart and I noticed some corrosion around the coolant passage. for most part the pitting is minimal, but there are few spots that are questionable.

I am thinking about getting some Aluminum putty, fill in the gaps, dry then sand off. gasket sealant, to fill the corrosion pits, comes to mind as a second option.

Does anyone knows a good way to fix this problem short of replacing the whole damn thing?
