(re-built motor) My 95 S10 is feeling rough and sound louder then normal when accelerating between 2-3k and I've noticed some mornings the idles rough when i get into the car (remote start 2-3 min of warm up) and the tack on the Oil drops off a notch or two at idle

 

Any other information??

 

also while driving ill see the rpm jump while on cruise contro 100-200 rpm

 

last time i replaed the cap and rotor i saw scuff marks on the inside or cap possible distibuter problem?
