2000 4wd automatic. Reverse and 2nd went out.
I need to hunt the junkyards for a used tranny. One transmission guy told me I need to find one with the same color connection wires as my old one. Is this true? What do I need to look for and where do I look to find out what transmission I have now? Thank You.
