high guys i hope you can help me out,i have a 93 chevy blazer 4x4 lt with the 4.3 v6,well here is my problem.got in one morning to go to work put it in drive an felt like the emergency brake was on,so i check but it wasn't on,pulled it down to 1st same thing so i pushed it up to 2nd an it went put wouldn't shift to third,only way was to manualy shift it,ok so i changed filter new fluid an the solenoid A,an i also went ahead and changed ther ignition switch as i read on another forum that i would cuase similar problems but nothing has changed,an i have no idea were to go next any help is greatly appreciated

 

sounds like the tranny is on its way out.

 

Is the kick down cable for the tranmission hooked up right? or even hooked up, It won't shift if its not

 

yea everything is hooked up right,an its no like its slipping its like it don't have the gears at all
