Quoting from my 1999 factory service manual:
1. Remove and discard the engine oil level sensor ( if applicable ).
2. Remove the oil pan bolts and nuts.
3. Remove the oil pan.
4. Remove the oil pan gasket.
5. Discard the oil pan gasket.
Oh, that is once you have already removed the engine from the vehicle... you knew that right?

I couldn't figure out how to do it !
