Okay to put a RWD Oil Filter on a 4WD Blazer?

Yup, know that now after I typed it. I for the life could not find the word document on my computer of the oil filter, so I googled it and of course it popped up the OEM filter.

So yes, WIX 51040.

You should be more worried about the fact hat your using a fram oil filter in the first place. Not the best you can use.
