Well I pulled a spark plug and it didn’t show signs of water in the motor but it was in the water for 2 days and I pulled the oil dip stick and no signs of water but the whole top of the motor had mud water splashed on it

Sounds like you got bad wiring now after sitting in water/mud for 2 days.

Pull the distributor cap and look for water in the distributor. Blow it out with compressed air, if you have it available. Then put it back together and check for spark.

Start from the battery. Check all the battery cable, ground strapping. As you have shaken loose the battery it might as well have damaged one of the cables. With that said, just one blown fuses rises my suspicion. Check for more blown stuff.

Lucky you, kept the engine dry inside, so it seams.
