Default Replacing fuel pump broke small ftg on gas tank

I was not aware of the fitting on opposite end of fuel tank that has a small hose. The fitting is cracked not completelybroke off. Is this replacible or could I repair w/epoxy putty?

Definitely is replaceable, but you could repair it with epoxy as well.

My tank is plastic and GM can't find part. It shows and empty hole wear the vent valve is on the dealers illistration so he called MFG tech support for parts dealer and he sold me a vent valve but it won't work on this oem tank. I got some loctite epoxy and repaired crack. Vehicle is back together with new pump and starts even in the rain but the fuel pressure is only 58 - 59 with engibe off and 52 - 55 while runnig. Is there another problem or is that ok?

I have a 99 4 door plastic tank and its not replaceable. You need a new tank or repair. I plugged mine.
