Default The smoking dipstick

After getting home from the Grand kid's birthday party yesterday I pulled the oil dipstick out to check oil level and noticed a wisp of smoke drifting out. Seems like I've noticed it in the past but is it normal ? The oil level was just under the add oil line so I put some Lucas Oil Stabilizer in to bring it up to the top line.

Mine has done the same thing at times and from what I understand it is perfectly normal as long as everything else is ok with your vehicle. The tube runs near the exhaust which does contribute to the heat/vapor in the tube.
