Default Sputter and then fine

Hi there, new to the group, but I was wondering if this has been an issue for any of you.
From a cold start, my 1998 Blazer 2W starts fine without fail. It idles perfectly fine in or out of gear. Once I start the vehicle and put it into gear, I lose power significantly to the point of bucking and slight back firing. I feather the throttle for 45 seconds or so and ta-da! Works just fine until I shut it off again for any period of time. Any help would be appreciated

Default Update

So I went in to get the codes read and there were 3 of them: P0453, P0171, P0174. I knew the fuel filter and fuel pump were bad so I went ahead and replaced those and their respective wiring harnesses as they were pretty beat up. Cleared codes, and those 3 pop back up. Any help would be appreciated.
