Default Starts hard when at running temp.

I have a 1994 4dr 2wd 4.3 s10 blazer vin code w. My blazer runs great and goes very well. how ever when i shut it down after it has reached running temp (to run in a store or something) when i go to start it back up it cranks over a lot before it starts. it has never not started but i would like to get it fixed up. thats not normal. It starts great when the engine is cold. Rarly in stead of cranking over it will drag then fire right up. it is getting plenty of fuel becuse once it starts you can smell the fuel. It has a new fuel pump, knock sensor, control module, distributor cap, rotor button, plugs, wires, new computer, and a new serpentine belt.

Does anyone know what might be going on? any help would be awesome. thank you

Have you tested the fuel pressure? Specifically the leak down rate once the pump shuts off?
