stripped oil cooler lines?
the LAST thing I need to do for my engine swap is hook back up the engine cooler lines to the transmission after getting new O rings for it, add oil then start it up.... and I strip the threads inside the radiator....
it wasnt even like I was turning them too hard or anything either, the nuts for the line have like twice the thread of the female end on the radiator, I assumed it needed to go in further than it does..
question, can I get a solvent like lock tite or something to seal this line in the radiator? or am I shelling out $200 for a new radiator?
off hand question, old engine has a crankshaft position sensor, new engine has a place for it, but it wont go in there, I got the same year make and trim (1995 Chevy S10 Blazer 4 door 4X4) and these small differences are annoying... what do I do?
