Default ticking noise

I have a 1998 chevy blazer with a 4.3 vortect that when cold sound like nothing is wrong with it then when the it warms up start to make a ticking noise. Had the lifters replace and still does it. I have put about 6,000 miles on it and it has not got worse.

an exaust manifold leak or similar can cause a 'ticking' type noise.

oil pressure is good?
