Default Ticking from under engine?

Hey everyone. I have a 96 blazer LS 4x4 and I just noticed that my oil cooler lines are leaking pretty badly. I'm not going to drive it anywhere until I change them. I also noticed that even when the oil is at the right level, when I hit the gas it makes a loud ticking, almost grinding noise. It doesn't sound like its coming from the motor, it sounds more like its coming from near those lines. Could that be it?

Default

idk about the sound but you know there is 2 different sets of oil cooler lines. would not hurt to do them both at the same time.
