Anythimg else you would change or replace while in there doing the 3-4 and tc gasket? Also I notice a suggestion from another mechanic the other day that mentioned something about putting in a thicker 3-4 clutch pack...what's ur opinion on that?

Are you going to attempt this repair yourself? There is more than just putting in some clutches and steels. You will need to replace the lip seals or molded pistons in the input drum as more than likely they have damage form traveling to far as tha clutches burnt and thinned out. 3-4 return springs need replaced, pump gasket and o ring, filter and pan gasket are parts that come to mind. Also change the seal in the transfer cas. That's just the first things that come to mind. I like to set my 3-4 clutch clearance.030-.045.
