Tranny problems please help

Default Tranny problems please help

Well this morning went to put my truck in reverse and it wouldn't go any where the engine rev'd up like it should. So after a push I got it out on the road put it in drive and it slips hits second seems fine hits third slips and goes into fourth I think when I go down the highway the RPMS bounce as if its slipping for a split second then catching itself please help me what could this be

I should add that I have a 2000 blazer Zr2
