i have a colum shift 98 blazer my trans blew so i have to put another one in it and i have a floor shift 98 jimmy and i would like to know if that trans will work in my blazer and if theres an diffrence in the trans between the 2

 

Same trans, Both use a cable to shift the Tran's . should be 4l60e trans in both.

In the blazer the cable goes to the colum, Jimmy goes to the floor shifter.

 

so there not diffrenet at all?
