Transgo Shift kit

Alright, I figured out why it wouldn't shift out of first... Don't laugh at me, but it was because I mistakenly took out the 1-2 shift valve and forgot to put it back in... So now it shifts. BUT, it wont shift out of first unless I take my foot off the gas. AND it won't wont go into OD.
