Default transmision shift problem

I have a Blazer 97 and the automatic transmission does not start moving in 1 shift. It did happened 6 month ago and the chevrolet scanner came up with a shift solenoid 1-2 damaged. I have replaced all the solenoid but the problem started back. what can be causing that? if I stop using the engine for 2 or 3 weeks it start working fine for another couple of days. I have noticed too that there is a 12 volts supply problem and I have noticed because the key does not come out easily form the lock and few days after the battery is dead. Alternator seems to be good. New voltage regulator was installed about 6 month ago too. I need help with this matter please !!!!
