OO and the last few days when i give it gas it sounds like fluid running around, like a gurgling noise. seeing that this is my first truck, i dont no much so any help would b nice.[8D]

The gurggling noise is in the dash and due to low anti-freeze. If you let that go the air will cuase the dexcool to solidify and plug up the heater core. You need to fix the leak in the cooling system. Finding it can be a chore.
couple thoughts.
Fill it up, and park like normal, put a piece of cardboard under the engine and see where the coolant shows up. That will help pinpoint the problem, somewhat. Water follows the path of least resistance.
You have to fill the system and get the truck up to operating temp. Pop the hood with the engine running and see if oyu can see the wet spots. Use a flashlight. Look at each hose connection, the radiator (front, back, top, and bottom) look on the block next to the powersteering pump (intake manifold and block connection), tunr the engine off and fell around the back side of the intake manifold. Find the wep hole on the water pump and check it too.
The common (as common as anything vehicle related gets) is a leaky hose connection, rad, or the intake manifold is leaking. No biggy if you have some mechanical skills and there are tons of info on the repair on this forum. The worst case could be a head gasket or cracked blaock/head. Teh clue hear would be white smoke out hte tailpipe. It would be very obvious, you would see a huge white cloud for a minute or two and then nothing, your temp gage will spike cause there is no coolant.
It is best to put your vehicle info below. you'll see what I mean after this text.

Plus find the weep hole int he water pump, feel the top of the water pump too. Yur looking for any moisture.
