Will the OBDII read the transmission?

Not new for me
My 1985 Blazer K5, is actually a 1984, my Ford F150 1987, 1986 in the US. They are all late year models. Imported to norway, and first time registered as 1 year newer
That's what we in norway describes as a "stay over"
But my Blazer LT has the setup that I quoted from your post, that would make it a fully OBD2?

It should... The emissions label on the radiator core support does not agree though...
I will see if I can print out a list of the OBD2 codes available for a 95 truck so you can see what you should be able to get. It will not be as full of a list as most 96+ trucks and the list varied through the years as well with the splits being 96-97, 98-00, & 01-05. In those year ranges, there are codes that may not be present in another year range due to PCM and/or sensor changes.
