Even when warm it dies. This just started happening. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Fuel pump &/or fuel filter.
Does it putter out or just suddenly shut off?
If it putters out & slowly dies I'd look at fuel delivery issues.
If it suddenly dies I'd look at electrical. But I'm betting it putters out.

Is the carb clean, has the idle screw been moved or bumped?

I totally agree, fuel filter would be the first thing I checked.

Does it have the stock Q-Jet?

Ethanol in our fuel supply destroys the seals and gaskets in the carb, if you haven't dissembled and cleaned in the last 5 years it is definitely time.

What kind of ignition do you have? Is it an HEI dizzy?
