Blower motor relay/resistor, where is it ?

why would the wire that runs the high blower be extremly hot almost hot enough to worry me about fire ? i noticed under the hood where the wires plug in together they have began to melt alittle of the plastic that holds the ends ?

Overloaded motor? It could just be that the electrical connections have gotten hot for one reason or another and tarnished, thereby increasing resistance and heat, making the problem worse. What size fuse is on the blower?

i will check the fuse , where could i check the connections onthe blower motor ?
